Soursop leaves for tea.

Soursop may not be well known to most but it is very popular in the Caribbean. It has been used for stress; to relax your nerves. It is also great for lowering blood pressure. Be mindful of drinking this tea and taking blood pressure medications. Ask your doctor first. 

It is also a great antioxidant, and has been used in the Caribbean as a cancer prevention remedy. Note- it will not cure cancer, it is just a preventative measure.
